The Program aims to:

• Improve the physical environment of urban and rural communities.
• Hire workers to create a clean environment.
• Develop a healthy and clean environment.
• Provide marginalized areas in the Gaza Strip with garbage containers.
• Provide marginalized areas with Potable water tanks.
